For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. During these challenging economic times finding something or someone to help keep us focused and positive can be difficult. After all our nation is facing an unprecedented time of home foreclosures, repossessions and high unemployment statistics. The fact is fighting the good fight of faith is truly an all out war, as we seek to find answers in the midst of our adversity. This is why scriptures such as Romans 8:38-39 is comforting, because it reminds us of the divine love connection we have with Christ Jesus. See, it's easy to say we believe and trust God when we have a steady paycheck, and all of our bills are paid, not to mention a healthy retirement fund growing daily. But what happens when we find ourselves without the means to maintain just the minimum? How about believing and trusting when we are on the verge of losing everything or when we don't have enough money to put food on the table or to move our belongings when foreclosure is only days away. Well, the answer is found in how we are willing to look at our situation or rather beyond it. When we look beyond the hardships its there that we find our God working on our behalf in the midst of the pain, disappointment, anger and even the resentment we may feel as a result of our current predicament. Its there that we are reminded of his promise of a love connection that never fails. It then becomes clear that no matter what we lose or how much it hurts, no matter what we see slipping away and the pain we feel, no matter how absent the answers are to our questions, God is true to his word. He will never ever stop loving us nor will he ever leave us. So, let's not give up on the one that loved us first. He is there for us in things present, and in things to come. The operating budget for both The House FM and Praise 88.7 for the upcoming year is $950,000. Many CD's, videos, and books have been donated by record companies and ministries and a giveaway is planned after every song.
